Product Growth Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Product Development, you will be working as the person in charge of evolving and improving the product and messaging aspects of onboarding, upsell, and retention. As part of this exciting, growth stage SaaS company, you’ll be essential to our product-led growth strategy, and will play a key role in driving the success of our customers using our product to run their business.
In this role, you will analyze the user journey, and assess the overall approach to onboarding users in the product. Working with our Product Development team, you will suggest actual product changes and drive initiatives to improve product-led growth. Design and test new product tours, customer messaging, and other approaches to better onboard, upsell, and educate users.
You’ll need at least two to three years of experience as part of a SaaS onboarding/product-led growth team, or experience managing this function for the business as a Manager or Director. We’re looking for sharp, energized applicants with strong communication skills and a track record of collaborating across departments.
