Wachter is currently seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to manage auto accident claims in our Lenexa, KS office. The ideal candidate is an experienced Operations Support Specialist with 1-2 years of hands-on experience with an insurance background. This position will focus on fleet safety, risk management, data verification, and follow-up with the fleet Manager. This position is in the office Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; relative work experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Construction industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Willing to learn new systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, registrations, and auto insurance.
- Manage and reconcile fuel, toll, maintenance, and telematics accounts.
- Support drivers with questions or issues related to fleet and auto accidents.
- Monitor fleet software systems to ensure up-to-date data and reporting accuracy.
- Assist with auto insurance claims and incident reports.
- Proactively review, verify, and secure telematics dash cam footage to confirm the accuracy of driver reports and insurance claims.
$20 - $25 an hour
