PROGRAM ANALYST

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 30 months of experience analyzing and interpreting policies and the procedures of higher headquarters/management as to applicability to current policies. Experience presenting and discussing complex matters in a clear and convincing manner. Experience in communicating with people from various backgrounds and circumstances. -OR- 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.*If you are qualifying under the 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, you must include an SF 50 with you application.
