Miller Ford Lincoln is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our high performing team in Lumberton, NJ . Requirements You Will: Greet customer and assist them in finding the right vehicle for them Explain the features and benefits of our vehicles Conduct sales prospecting and follow up using our customer retention management software Present price and payments including financing and lease options to customers Completes transaction paperwork and reviews the vehicle with customer at delivery Completes and stays up with all training requirements Actively pursue productivity in sales You Have: High School Diploma or equivalent education Minimum 2 years in sales or retail industry Strong customer service skills and the desire to make a positive impact with our customers Able to understand and explain vehicle and phone app technology Benefits Competitive compensation: $55,000 - $110,000 Per Year Salary pay plan available to start Paid Vacation and Holidays Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with HRA, HSA, and FSA options 401(k) with a company provided match Company-paid life insurance Employee Discounts and an Employee Assistance Program Apply for this job
