Hub Operations Lead
What You'll Do:

Manage the day-to-day operations within the Hub including assisting Partner Drivers for Onboarding, Sticker Installation, and other concerns

Prepare and update daily performance report, monitor attendance and productivity of all staff member

Assist in the onboarding of partner drivers and coordinate other concerns with relevant teams and departments

Plan and execute offsite Partner Driver onboarding events and implement Partner Driver engagement activities

Ensure company procedures and regulations are followed and escalate potential issues to the Management Team

Lead team briefing and weekly staff meeting to discuss performance updates, product and process developments

Recommend process Hub operational efficiency improvements

What You'll Need:

Must have a Lead/Supervisory experience for at least 1 year

Self-starter mind set and able to collaborate with different teams

Ability to delegate tasks effectively

Willingness to work and travel in North Caloocan and to other satellite offices
