Program Analyst (Small Business Programs)

You may qualify at the GS 14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, military or private sector: Applies policies and procedures in order to plan, coordinate, integrate, and implement Program Management Directs research and development and acquisition policies and procedures. Direct and manage research and technology development, integration and application efforts including commercialization of innovative and state-of-the-art technology developments Oversees development and execution of acquisition programs and budgets utilizing program management and financial tools Advises senior leaders and stakeholders using knowledge of Federal organizations, structures, missions, policies, and responsibilities Leads and managed technical support staff while directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities with interagency stakeholders. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
