Location : Plymouth Meeting, PA Schedule : Full-Time | Frequent Travel (Approx. 2 Weeks per Month â Home on Weekends) Pay Rate : $18.00/hour Employment Type : Hourly Overview OWL Services is seeking a Fuel Compliance Technician to support retail, commercial, and private fueling facilities by ensuring fuel system integrity and regulatory compliance. This is a field-based position ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, independent responsibility, and regular travel. Technicians play a critical role in preventing environmental risks, fuel loss, and equipment failures through containment, integrity, and leak-detection testing. This role offers consistent hours, weekly pay, company-paid travel, and long-term growth opportunities within a stable and expanding industry. Responsibilities Perform fuel containment, equipment integrity, and leak-detection testing Identify leaks and compliance issues to prevent environmental or equipment failures Complete petroleum support work orders accurately and efficiently Document test results using calibration tools and digital systems Communicate findings and corrective procedures clearly to customers and partners Travel approximately two weeks per month (home on weekends; hotel and per diem provided) Comply with all safety, DOT, and company policies Veterans â VA On-The-Job Training Available Eligible Veterans may participate in a two-year vocational training initiative. Veterans eligible for the GI Bill can receive a monthly VA stipend throughout the program.
