Description Staff Physical Therapist Assistant | Plantation, FL Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts Setting: Private Physical Therapy Outpatient Practice EMR System: WebPT Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year Job Summary We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient clinic in Plantation with a schedule of 1 patient per hour . This role is ideal for a PTA who wants a structured workday and the opportunity to help patients move through treatment with steady support and direct clinical guidance. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans under the direction of the Physical Therapist Guide patients through prescribed exercise and functional activities Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the PT Reinforce home programs and treatment instructions Complete timely and accurate charting in WebPT Support a smooth and professional patient experience during each visit Requirements Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license Current CPR certification Prior outpatient experience preferred Comfort with WebPT or similar EMR systems Benefits 3 weeks PTO $500 CME allowance per year 401(k) with company match Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plan Dental insurance Vision insurance Join a practice where your work stays hands-on, organized, and meaningful from day to day.
