This role is integral to our residential services and involves engaging with customers to provide tailored HVAC solutions that meet their specific needs. You will be responsible for assessing client requirements, offering product recommendations, and ensuring exemplary customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Assess customer requirements for HVAC system replacements and enhancements. Present tailored solutions to customers, ensuring clarity and addressing any queries. Develop and maintain customer relationships to foster trust and referrals. Work collaboratively with the installation team to guarantee the seamless transition from sale to fulfillment. Achieve sales targets set by the management and report on performance metrics. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of J.R. Bolton product offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
