The Position
Happy Co is looking for a part-time contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE). This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys flexible work and partnering closely with hiring managers.
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for PDE roles (product, design, and engineering)
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and hiring priorities
- Manage candidates and hiring workflows in Lever (ATS)
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for product, design, and/or engineering roles
- Proven experience sourcing technical and product-adjacent talent
- Hands-on experience using an ATS; Lever experience is a plus
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once
- Clear, professional communication skills
