Job Description : The CSR position is one of the most vital components of the business. As the CSR you will be the first voice heard to existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calling. Outbound calling will be to existing customers for various reasons. Need someone who can answer phones and book calls. Must be able to perform outbound calling to existing customer and book appointments. Outgoing and energetic. Has a pleasant speaking voice.
