Social Media & PR Specialist
Our client is a fast-scaling, venture-backed technology firm operating within the digital assets and infrastructure space. With an established global footprint and several years of proven operations, the business is now entering a major growth phase as it expands into the retail market.
The company combines deep technical capabilities with a strong commercial vision, and is building out its brand presence globally as it scales.
They are seeking a candidate for a high-visibility role at the intersection of social media, community building, and public relations.
You will take ownership of the company’s external voice - shaping how the brand shows up across digital platforms, engaging directly with its community, and driving its PR narrative in a rapidly evolving market.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the autonomy to build and execute from the ground up, making this an ideal role for someone entrepreneurial, creative, and execution-focused.
What you will do:

Social Media & Community Growth:
- Own and grow the company’s presence across key platforms (e.g. X, Telegram, with expansion to others)
- Build, engage, and moderate online communities, ensuring consistent interaction and alignment with brand messaging
- Develop and execute a structured content calendar tailored to each platform
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiment, providing actionable insights

Public Relations & Brand Positioning:
- Develop and manage relationships with media, newsletters, and industry influencers
- Draft press releases, announcements, and thought leadership content
- Identify and secure media opportunities, including interviews, podcasts, and partnerships
- Help shape and maintain a consistent external narrative for the business

Content & Design:
- Create visual and written content including graphics, banners, infographics, and social posts
- Ensure consistency in branding across all channels
- Support broader marketing initiatives with creative assets

Stakeholder Engagement (Preferred):
- Represent the company in community calls, webinars, or live sessions
- Support business development efforts through presentations and product storytelling
- Refine messaging and materials based on audience feedback
What you will need:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing online communities
- Strong copywriting ability across different formats and audiences
- Working knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe Express or similar)
- Experience in public relations, including media outreach and content development
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to digital assets, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
- Existing network within media, influencer, or Web3 ecosystems
- Comfortable presenting to online audiences or hosting community sessions
