Based in Irvine, CA, we are seeking a highly passionate person Program Manager who will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the execution of aerospace programs and product development from start through delivery. This includes managing schedules, budgets, product development life cycle, and new product introduction for TRL11's space-rated imaging and video products. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring that all project objectives align with customer requirements and company goals. Responsibilities: Will define project goals, scopes and deliverables for the internal team Will be responsible for managing product development of multiple products from start to finish, ensuring that hardware and software deliverables are appropriately defined, developed, integrated, tested, and delivered Will lead design reviews (CDR, PDRâs) both internally and with external stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for all communications with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Manage budgets and personnel for multiple projects simultaneously Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience on hardware engineering projects or programs, preferably in aerospace setting Bachelorâs degree in Engineering or Business management or a related field.
