This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.
Duration: Ongoing
Location: New York (4 days per week on-site in NYC)
About the position
- We seek a UX designer who possesses finance industry experience to design for an internal trading platform.
- This designer must have previous trading experience working on a multi-asset trading platform.
- Interaction design focus creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Journey mapping
- Workflow analysis
- Assist in the build of new feature for an existing tool.
- Organize complex, dense data into screens that help internal analysts monitor portfolios and make decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
- Figma, design systems, working closely with UI developers to get things built to spec. Good specifications, Confluence and jira.
- Case studies that tell the story of your approach and design process and include complex enterprise level work
- Strong financial domain experience
- MUST HAVE: Trading platform experience
$150,000 - $185,000 a year
