Description Job Purpose To assist the Depot Operations Manager in Maintenance Engineer to effectively manage the maintenance program and execute approved maintenance projects on all depot operations for Vivo Energy Namibia as per agreed SLA in compliance to HSSE standards. Principal Accountabilities To assist the Depot Operations Manager, manage equipment maintenance contracts, deliver equipment and site maintenance performance on time, within budget and in compliance with quality standards and minimum interruptions to station operations. To assist the Depot deliver equipment maintenance service that realises the desired customer satisfaction score. To assist the Depot Operations Manager, develop and maintain a strong HSSE culture within the Contractors used and ensure that the Company HSSE standards are implemented and upheld. To assist the Depot Operations Manager, produce and manage the annual maintenance budget and plans, build up and manage the scheduling of planned site maintenance works (e.g. painting, minor repairs etc). To assist the Depot Operations Manager, conduct maintenance procurement in line with company contracting procedures. To assist the Depot Operations Manager, with management of all contractors, work quality, and performance appraisal against agreed KPIâs. Ensure contracts with maintenance service providers are managed in line with company contract management procedures. To assist the Depot Operations Manager, complete and submit OU Maintenance performance reports to agreed KPI templates. To assist the Depot Operations Manager, with completing the capitalization of completed installations timely and manage asset database and movements as per asset management procedures.
