This role focuses on completing final-stage construction tasks on commercial and large residential projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards before turnover. Key Responsibilities: Complete punch list items on commercial and large residential construction projects Perform touch-up and finish work including: Paint touch-ups and minor repainting Drywall patching, repair, and texture matching Cabinetry adjustments and repairs Trim installation and repairs Door and hardware adjustments Basic carpentry modifications and corrections Identify deficiencies and proactively address quality issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely completion of tasks Qualifications: 4+ years of carpentry or finish carpentry experience (commercial or large scale, multi family residential preferred). Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes Ability to complete detailed work with minimal supervision Skilled in paint, drywall repair, cabinetry adjustments, and trim work Ability to read punch lists and follow project specifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Requirements Requirements: Must provide own tools appropriate for finish carpentry and punch work Must have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders as needed Apply for this job
