The Creative Lead for Brand Content, exists to define, scale and protect Gymshark’s broader brand world. You’ll build the storytelling frameworks, creative standards and rhythms that hold everything together as the volume increases, ensuring our brand shows up with clarity, consistency and long-term intent across every channel.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Essential:

Proven experience leading high-frequency product launches and campaign moments, delivering high volumes of creative work at speed while maintaining strong brand consistency.

A standout portfolio demonstrating big-idea thinking, strong storytelling and channel-first execution in fast-paced environments.

Exceptional art direction and creative judgement, able to define and uphold a clear visual standard across teams, formats and outputs.

Strong cultural awareness, translating real cultural insight into work that feels timely, relevant and authentic.

Deep understanding of social platforms and behaviours, creating ideas designed natively for social while aligned with the broader brand.

Experience leading and developing senior creative talent, bringing clarity and momentum to teams under pressure.

Proven ability to maintain creative excellence in high-tempo environments through structured, calm leadership.

Confident communicator able to present creative thinking, challenge ideas constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
Option for this role to be FTC or permanent. You must be able to attend GSIQ (Solihull) offices a minimum of 3 days per week; London based professionals considered with regular travel to Birmingham, Solihull.
