We are hiring a dependable Grounds & Maintenance candidate to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functunality of Smokiam RV Resort. This is an outdoor, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and problem solving. Key Responsibilities: Perform landscaping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and facility repairs Maintain cleanliness of common areas and RV sites Monitor property for safety issues Respond to maintenance requests promptly Requirements Must pass background check Must have valid driver license Basic knowledge of tolls and repair work Landscaping or maintenance experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be able to bend, lift and squat Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Self-moticated and reliable Dependable and punctual Benefits Competitive pay for all hours worked Free or discounted RV site (depending on hours worked) Accrued PTO Supportive team environment in a beautiful location Apply for this job
