What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Manager, youâll be an integral part of our team, and you'll be tasked to: Drive Measurable Results Achieve 100% of production goals and key performance indicators monthly Lead team to effectively participate in the Objective/Key Results process Build and Develop a High-Performing Team Recruit, lead, and retain a team of up to 15 Sales Representatives Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with each team member Conduct regular performance reviews to meet individual and team goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Lead and participate in sales team meetings, industry trend discussions, and best practice sharing Administer employee recognition programs and SPIFFS reporting Deliver a Best-In-Class Customer Experience Identify, nurture, and grow business from insurance agents and agencies Lead team to execute consistently within sales operations procedures Set proper expectations with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on them Requirements What We're Looking For S ales Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience required Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years leading sales and/or account management teams P roven Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets I ndustry Knowledge: I nsurance or marketplace experience is a plus Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, in-office environment People-First Leadership: Ability to motivate, develop, and retain top talent 1 00% Onsite : In our Newport Beach Office Benefits What We Offer Guaranteed Base Salary: $100,000 Uncapped Earning Potential: OTE of $150,000â$250,000 annually (base + variable commission), with accelerators for over-performance Comprehensive Benefits: High-quality medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with company match Equity Program : Participate in company growth Flexible PTO: Work hard, recharge, and bring your best self Career Growth: Advancement opportunities with a strong focus on promoting from within Training & Development: Extensive paid product training and world-class sales leadership development Why You'll Love It Here At SmartFinancial, we believe in working hard and playing hard.
