Description About the Role The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and building properly maintained. Position Responsibilities • Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to operating and maintaining ride-on equipment to cleans a properly maintain drives streets contiguous to the property, parking facilities, roof tops and thoroughfares • Performs casual labor or emergency functions at the employer’s direction • Ensures safe operation and storage of equipment required for the job • Responds promptly and courteously to guest and employee request ensuring proper follow up • Promptly reports any maintenance problems with equipment, property or guest needs to a supervisor • Empty grease recovery units • Landscaping all outside grounds • Responsible for cleaning biohazardous waste Essential Functions • Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to work outdoors on a continuous basis • Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shifts/hours • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds • Physically capable of using the required equipment and/or tools specific to position • Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast paced environment Requirements • Must demonstrate good customer service skills • Must possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean record Benefits Training & Development Free Meal while on shift Free Parking Pay Rate: $23.05/hour Apply for this job
