Sales Manager
What You’ll Do

Strategic execution: Build and optimize the sales process to increase conversion rates and team efficiency. You will define the roadmap for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.

Data-driven management: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps in the system. You will provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights to improve market share.

Lead by example by getting involved in high-stakes negotiations, building and maintaining excellent relationships with key corporate accounts.

Lead and mentor a team of sales associates. You will be responsible for motivating them to exceed both individual and team targets.

Sales Operations: Implement consultative selling techniques and ensure the team effectively utilizes CRM tools to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 4 years of relevant sales management experience (Experience in Startups, platform businesses or the Logistics-delivery industry is a plus).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable institution.

Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English is a must.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market and pivot strategies when necessary.
