Position Summary Weâre seeking driven professionals ready to build strong client relationships, close sales with confidence, and grow into legal consulting through structured training and experience. As a Customer Service Assistant , you will play an essential role in our Customer Experience Department, ensuring our clients feel heard, supported, and informed every step of the way. Youâll play a vital role in ensuring clients are heard, informed, and supported. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and our reputation for excellence. Youâll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to making a difference. Requirements What Youâll Do Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely, professional responses. Manage notifications, letters, timelines, and reports for client cases. Follow up with clients, including those in âno cooperationâ status, to confirm details and move cases forward. Schedule and confirm appointments. Use CRM and communication tools (Camplegal, Monday, Slack, Google Workspace) to track and manage interactions. Uphold high service standards by meeting KPIs for calls, follow-ups, and reporting. What Weâre Looking For Education: High school diploma required; studies in Communications, Law, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields preferred. Experience: Call center, customer service, or related experience (preferred). Bilingual: Clear and effective communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Technical Skills: Strong command of Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM platforms. Soft Skills: Empathy, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills. Flexibility: Availability for rotating shifts with full-time commitment. Benefits What do we offer you? 1.
