Our client is looking for experienced Microsoft consultants based in Hong Kong with Power Platform experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions for mission-critical customers.
This role sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and stakeholder engagement - working closely with large-scale organizations to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
What you will do:
- Core Technical Expertise (Power Platform)
- Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability applications supporting mission-critical workloads
- Advise customers on platform governance, environment strategy, and best practices
- Drive operational excellence across performance, reliability, and support readiness
- Partner with senior stakeholders (IT leaders, architects, and business teams) to shape solutions and outcomes
- Collaborate across Microsoft and partner ecosystems to deliver integrated solutions
What you will need:
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions
- Strong track record working on mission-critical or large-scale deployments
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Experience operating in complex customer or consulting environments
- Deep hands-on experience in:
- Power Apps:
- Design and architecture of Canvas and Model-driven Apps
Implementation of complex business logic - Performance tuning and scalability considerations
- Design and architecture of Canvas and Model-driven Apps
- Power Automate:
- Development of advanced cloud flows and automation solutions
- Integration with Microsoft and third-party systems
- Monitoring, error handling, and resiliency design
- Dataverse:
- Data modelling and platform architecture
- Security design including role-based access control
- Integration with enterprise systems
- Governance & ALM:
- Environment strategy and DLP policy implementation
- Application lifecycle management (ALM)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration
- Power Apps:
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, F&O, etc.)
- Integration experience between Power Platform and D365
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Azure)
- Fluent English is mandatory; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
