The HR Admin Support role exists to streamline the administrative functions within our HR and Operations teams, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities. By effectively managing day-to-day tasks, you will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our firm's operations, contributing substantially to our mission of delivering exceptional legal services.
What you’ll do:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to both HR and Operations, helping remove day-to-day operational tasks from leadership so they can remain focused on higher-level strategic initiatives.
- Executive Support: Triage and respond to urgent requests from firm partners with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring priorities are handled quickly and nothing falls through the cracks.
- HR and Operations Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Manager and Director of Operations to support department-wide initiatives, contributing to the smooth coordination of projects and internal processes across the firm.

What we’re looking for:
- Administrative Experience: Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role. Exposure to HR responsibilities or experience working in a law firm environment is a plus, but it is not required.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proactive Attitude: Brings strong intuition and follow-through to daily responsibilities, anticipating needs, taking initiative, and ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly without constant direction.
- Collaborative: Thrives in a team-oriented environment, working effectively with colleagues across departments while remaining receptive to feedback and aligned with shared goals.
- Professionalism: Maintains a calm, positive, and solution-oriented attitude, even when navigating competing priorities or high-pressure situations.
- Onsite Engagement: Thrives in an in-office environment where collaboration and direct engagement with colleagues are key to success, and open to hybrid engagement as the role and team continue to grow.
Why you should work here:
- Mentorship: Receive hands-on guidance and mentorship from experienced HR leaders who are committed to helping you develop professionally and grow your operational and administrative skill set.
- Cross-Functional Exposure: Work closely with HR, Operations, and firm Partners, gaining valuable insight into how a growing law firm operates and building a well-rounded understanding of business operations.
- Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive, open-door HR environment where ideas are welcomed, collaboration is encouraged, and team members work together to solve challenges and support one another’s success.
- Growth Opportunities: Be part of a firm that truly values personal and professional growth, where leadership encourages learning and development. You will also have access to the CRISP Experience program, offering structured training designed to strengthen your operational and professional skills.
Additional perks:
- Health Benefits: Take advantage of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, helping you stay healthy and supported both at work and in your personal life.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Be eligible for tuition reimbursement that supports your continued learning, professional development, and long-term career growth.
