Description Join Our Team at Arapaho Valley Ranch â Granby, Colorado Seasonal Full-Time Position | Dorm Style Housing Available | Work in the Heart of the Rockies Nestled near Lake Granby and just outside Rocky Mountain National Park, Arapaho Valley Ranch is a family-owned mountain getaway offering cabins, glamping, RV sites, and lodge accommodations. Weâre looking for an energetic, dependable full-time seasonal Groundskeeping team member who loves the outdoors and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. As stewards of a scenic outdoor environment, we take pride in maintaining clean, healthy, and welcoming grounds for our guests. In this role, you will be a key part of shaping the look, feel, and safety of our property. Primary responsibilities: Perform seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and maintaining natural areas. Assist with general upkeep of the campgroundâs facilities, ensuring clean and safe common spaces. Conduct routine inspections of grounds and infrastructure to identify and address hazards or repair needs. Operate small engine equipment, tractors, and lawn/grounds maintenance machinery confidently and safely. Support basic seasonal maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and RV site utility systems as needed. Assist with seasonal improvement projects as needed. Knowledge of campground and RV maintenance and repair preferred, but not required. Must hold a valid driverâs license. Must pass background check. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and contribute positively to a team environment. Must be able to lift over 50lbs and have the ability to bend, lift and squat.
