Position: Member Plan Coordinator As a Member Plan Coordinator, youâll play a vital role in making sure member estate plans are accurate, complete, and properly organized in partnership with our network attorneys. Key Responsibilities Review network attorney document submissions for estate plans and plan replacements/changes Coordinate and organize all documentation needed to complete estate plan binders Work directly with network attorneys to assist with all document submissions and outstanding items Utilize your knowledge of tax statements and deed documents to assist with funding deeds Track case status, maintain accurate records, and follow up to ensure timely completion of each plan Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners What Weâre Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort working with documents, records, and checklists Professional written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines at once A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong follow-through Experience in legal, financial services, insurance, real estate, title work, or similar document-heavy roles is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
