PROGRAM ANALYST (TITLE 32)

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air National Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade - MSgt (E-7) Minimum Military Grade - SSgt (E-5) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management; and experience using computer and automation systems. GS-10 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess 36 months of specialized experience which demonstrates your ability to manage the unit PRIME Base Engineer Emergency Forces (BEEF) and Mobility programs which includes civil engineering (CE) unit activities; plan, coordinate, train, and evaluate subordinate units and resolve substantive Prime BEEF management issues; develop concepts, procedures, and systems necessary to implement the unit PRIME BEEF and Mobility Programs to include Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployment/CE management; assess the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of Prime BEEF management activities and to resolve substantive issues; ensures Prime BEEF management programs are established and functioning in accordance with ANG and Air Force policy; and make decisions using existing guidance or through sound problem solving techniques.
