The Role The Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as the primary People partner to our Commercial organization while also contributing to broader, company-wide People initiatives. In our lean and high-growth environment, you will operate both as a dedicated partner to our Client-facing leaders/teams and as a contributor to enterprise initiatives such as leadership development, performance management processes, and scalable HR programs. You will partner closely with the HR leadership team and the broader People team to strengthen manager capability, enhance organizational effectiveness, and ensure our Commercial organization is structured and supported to perform at a high level. This role requires someone who is comfortable both advising leaders on day-to-day team challenges and helping build the systems and programs that support a growing organization. Requirements What Youâll Do: Strategic Partnership & Consulting: Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to the Commercial leadership team. Develop a strong understanding of the revenue organization and partner with leaders on team structure, role clarity, and performance management within a fast-paced client environment. Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with Commercial leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Talent Management: Coach leaders on hiring, performance management, and career development to strengthen people capabilities across the organization. Business Acumen: Apply knowledge of the business and external context to create sustainable HR solutions that drive commercial performance. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver tailored training programs (e.g., performance management, leadership development, employee lifecycle) for the organization. Performance & Compensation: Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, career development, and compensation best practices. Data & Analytics: Conduct root cause analysis and identify trends in employee data to inform HR strategy and process improvements. Who You Are: Experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in smaller, high-impact environments. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and balancing dedicated business support with broader People initiatives. Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to revenue outcomes. Confident influencing and coaching senior leaders in performance-driven settings. Skilled in designing and facilitating practical, engaging training sessions. Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of Google Suite; HRIS - experience with HiBob a plus. Comfortable partnering closely with a Director-level leader and contributing to enterprise People strategy.
