We welcome guests year-round who come to relax, explore the outdoors, and enjoy one of the most stunning locations in the Pacific Northwest. Our team is small, friendly, and focused on providing memorable experiences for every guest. We are looking for dependable and welcoming Front Desk Associates to join our team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with opportunities for year-round employment and summer seasonal roles . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, working with people, and being part of a laid-back coastal environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in guests with a friendly and professional attitude Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries Provide information about the property and local attractions Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records Assist with light administrative tasks and coordination with housekeeping Help ensure guests have an exceptional stay from arrival to departure Join us at Two Capes Lookout and help create unforgettable coastal experiences for our guests!
