Under general supervision, the building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings. Duties Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties. Clean offices and work areas, including emptying trash and replacing liners, and cleaning windows and windowsills. Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs. Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms; ensure facilities are sanitary and fully stocked for client use. Maintain clean and orderly janitorial closets. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check Must be reliable, able to work at a fast pace, and detail-oriented Commercial cleaning experience is a plus Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor directions Follow building or customer-specific health and safety protocols High school diploma or GED required Must have dependable transportation This position requires walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning motions, as well as using cleaning equipment and supplies and lifting up to 35 lbs. Schedule: Mondays- Saturdays Shift: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM ( 1hr lunch ) Benefits City Wide Facility Solutions offers competitive compensation and benefits, including.
