We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and detail oriented individual to join us - Lalamove, based in Hong Kong. The incumbent will support the CEO’s office in administrative, secretarial support and personal matters. No two days are ever the same. This role suits someone who can adapt to change, with lots of energy and meticulous attention-to-detail. Most importantly, you must be passionate about Lalamove and be willing to go the extra mile to complete your challenges!
What we seek:
- Reporting to Senior Executive Assistant, CEO Office
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO’s office
- Provide personal assistance to CEO and family
- Responsible for vehicle & driver management, household schedules, family itineraries, travel, flights and hotel bookings if required
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to meeting and schedule arrangements, preparing documents and filing etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Back up Senior EA to suport CEO and family
What you’ll need:
- High diploma or above in any discipline
- Detailed oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in serving management is preferred but not a must
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Strong problem-solving mindset and organized person
- Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and independently
- Proficiency in Google, MS Office applications with sound skills in Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- 5 day work week, rest days: Sunday, Monday
