Location : Providence, RI Schedule : Full-Time | On-Site Shift Options : Flexible schedules available, including Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10 schedule) Pay Range : $18 – $30 per hour Employment Type : Full-Time Description Morvillo Products, a division of Alloy Holdings , is expanding its manufacturing operations in Providence, RI and is seeking experienced manufacturing professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring for several roles across our metal manufacturing operations including casting, machining, rolling mills, slitting, annealing, wire drawing, and production support. Responsibilities Depending on the department, responsibilities may include: Operate and monitor metal manufacturing equipment and machinery Set up and adjust machines for production runs Maintain quality control standards and inspect finished products Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure smooth production flow Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Assist with material handling, setup, and production support tasks Potential operational areas include: Casting operations Rolling mill operations Slitting lines Machine operation Wire drawing processes Annealing and heat-treatment operations General production support Requirements Must Have: Manufacturing experience Able to commute to the Providence, RI work location 18 years of age or older Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and reaching Able to speak and read English Legally authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a background check and drug test Nice to Have: Metals manufacturing experience Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Overtime Pay On-the-Job Training Growth Opportunities Pay Reviews Apply for this job
