Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts Setting: Private Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice EMR: WebPT Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year Job Summary We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient treatment in a private practice. This position works under the direction of a Physical Therapist and plays an important role in carrying out treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercise, and helping patients progress toward their functional goals. Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercise and functional activities Observe patient response to treatment and communicate updates to the PT Reinforce home exercise programs and care instructions Maintain timely and accurate documentation in WebPT Requirements Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain licensure Current CPR certification Outpatient experience preferred Benefits 3 weeks PTO $500 annual CME allowance 401(k) with company match Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Dental and vision insurance Advance your PTA career in a clinic setting that promotes consistency, professionalism, and patient progress.
