APAC Region | Enterprise Software | Channel & Direct Sales Leadership

Minitab is seeking an accomplished sales leader to accelerate growth across the APAC region through a sophisticated blend of strategic partner development and enterprise account leadership. This role sits at the centre of our regional growth strategy, combining indirect channel excellence with hands on engagement in complex, high value enterprise opportunities.

 

The Opportunity

As Team Lead, Sales and Partner Accounts, you will operate at the intersection of leadership, strategy and execution. You will:

  • Lead and coach a virtual account team across sales, customer success, pre sales and marketing

  • Develop and execute strategic partner business plans that accelerate recurring and new revenue

  • Strengthen and expand enterprise account penetration across key industries

  • Drive both partner sourced and direct opportunities through disciplined opportunity planning

  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility with executive level precision

With 50 to 60 percent regional travel, you will be present where it matters most: in front of customers, partners and high value opportunities.


What You Will Be Measured On

This is a performance driven environment with clear metrics and strong support. Success includes:

  • Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets above 100 percent

  • 3x pipeline coverage for new business

  • High forecast accuracy across your team

  • Strong partner engagement and satisfaction

  • Renewal rates above 80 percent

  • Development and promotability of your team members

Your Background

You bring:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales success

  • 5+ years building and scaling indirect channel partnerships

  • Experience managing partner portfolios exceeding $1M USD annually

  • A track record of exceeding quota and building sourced pipeline

  • Strong negotiation, qualification and closing discipline

  • Comfort leading in a matrixed, virtual team environment

Experience in Business Intelligence, analytics or statistical software is advantageous.
