Description Staff Physical Therapist | Fort Collins, CO Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts Setting: Private Physical Therapy Outpatient Practice EMR System: WebPT Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a Fort Collins outpatient clinic that schedules 1 patient per hour . The position focuses on delivering individualized care, tracking progress carefully, and helping patients move toward greater mobility and function through well-planned treatment. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and establish patient-specific treatment plans Provide outpatient therapy for orthopedic and functional conditions Reassess progress and revise treatment strategies when needed Maintain accurate documentation in WebPT Educate patients on exercises, body mechanics, and recovery planning Coordinate with the clinic team to support effective patient care Requirements MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Colorado Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure Current CPR certification Outpatient experience preferred Familiarity with WebPT or comparable EMR systems Benefits 3 weeks PTO $500 CME allowance per year 401(k) with company match Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plan Dental insurance Vision insurance Explore a PT position that offers the structure, pace, and support needed for strong outpatient care.
