Description Staff Physical Therapist | Plantation, FL Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts Setting: Private Physical Therapy Outpatient Practice EMR System: WebPT Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year Job Summary We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Plantation that follows a 1 patient per hour model. The position centers on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivering one-on-one care that helps individuals improve strength, movement, and daily function. Responsibilities Evaluate new patients and establish appropriate treatment goals Deliver outpatient therapy services tailored to each patient’s needs Reassess progress and update care plans when indicated Document evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports in WebPT Educate patients on exercise technique, recovery, and injury prevention Work collaboratively with the clinic team to support continuity of care Requirements MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license Current CPR certification Outpatient background preferred, though new graduates may be considered Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Benefits 3 weeks PTO $500 CME allowance per year 401(k) with company match Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plan Dental insurance Vision insurance Consider a PT opportunity where the caseload is manageable and the clinical focus stays where it belongs.
