About the role As the Customer Success and TeleMarketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling user queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities. In addition, you will be responsible for content moderation and monitoring to maintain a safe and positive user experience. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and tickets via online ticketing system in English or Arabic, utilising pre-set macros and scripts. Proactively identify and raise concerns on new cases, proposing updates to macros and scripts as necessary. Escalate cases requiring the involvement of other stakeholders such as Product Development, Operations, or other departments. Conduct follow-up calls with customers as needed, particularly on complicated cases. Provide comprehensive information about Dubizzle Lebanonâs services and products to customers. Review listings submitted on the Dubizzle Lebanon platform, approving or rejecting them based on pre-set guidelines and knowledge base, while making manual edits when required. Escalate new moderation cases and propose updates to the knowledge base accordingly. Process and review flagged accounts for potentially sensitive content, ensuring compliance with policies. Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets, including moderation of listings and account reviews. Direct prospects to the appropriate sales team when necessary, facilitating seamless handover. Manage administrative tasks and communication with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Perform assigned outbound calls according to current live campaigns. Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager. Requirements Bachelorâs degree in Business Management, Marketing, sales, or other relevant subjects. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Experience using CRM software specifically Zendesk. Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written). Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills. Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
