SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing daily operations for a large, geographically-dispersed Program Management Office; Managing all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process; Interfacing with senior leaders, including Flag Officers, Senior Executive Service (SES), and members of Congress; Applying superior skills in program management, policy development, and risk management to achieve organizational goals; and Guiding regional offices and functional teams to ensure proper resource management and strategic alignment.
