Description Staff Physical Therapist Assistant| Fort Collins, CO Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts Setting: Private Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice EMR: WebPT Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year Job Summary We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient care in a clinic. This position works closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, assist patients through therapeutic activities, and help maintain steady progress throughout the rehab process. Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercise and activity progression Monitor treatment response and communicate updates to the PT Reinforce home exercise programs and patient education Maintain complete and timely documentation in WebPT Requirements Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program Active Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain licensure Current CPR certification Outpatient experience preferred, though not required Benefits 3 weeks PTO $500 annual CME allowance 401(k) with company match Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Dental and vision insurance Take the next step in your PTA career with a clinic that offers structure, support, and a strong outpatient workflow.
