Description Staff Physical Therapist | Deerfield, FL Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts Setting: Private Physical Therapy Outpatient Practice EMR System: WebPT Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year Job Summary We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient clinic in Deerfield Beach with a schedule of 1 patient per hour . This role is focused on evaluating patients, building practical plans of care, and delivering treatment that supports mobility, pain management, and functional improvement. Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled outpatient therapy services based on clinical findings and patient goals Review progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate Complete clear, accurate documentation in WebPT Instruct patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations Coordinate with clinic staff to support efficient daily operations Requirements MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure Current CPR certification Outpatient experience preferred Comfortable with electronic documentation systems Benefits 3 weeks PTO $500 CME allowance per year 401(k) with company match Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plan Dental insurance Vision insurance Take the next step into a PT role that offers a steady schedule and the time to treat patients well.
