Description Job Purpose Vivo Energy Madagascar is hiring a Scheduler & Delivery Coordinator responsible for planning and ensuring the efficient and timely dispatch of products to customers, while optimizing the efficiency of our logistics operations. Principal Accountabilities Schedule and manage issues to ensure safe and timely bulk deliveries within cost/budget Coordinate with the lubricants sales team to organize and monitor lubricants' transfer to the various warehouses Optimize fleet utilization, drop and deliveries in a good on-time delivery performance, with respect to HSSE standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm order details and resolve any customer inquiries or disputes Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify potential delays or constraints, taking immediate corrective actions as necessary Maintain fluent communication with road transport contractors and depot to ensure seamless delivery operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during the scheduling and delivery processes. Monitor truck positions and analyze journey management reports Maintain accurate records of deliveries, providing regular reports and updates to management Support the Road transport manager in fleet management Control all invoices related to transport activities and ensure on time payments Provide with monthly provisions and reconcile monthly the delivery statement between distribution, finance, all the depots, customer service and sales to align sales volumes Closing date: 30th november 2025 To apply, please send us your resume by 30th november 2025 through the application link: https://apply.workable.com/vivo-energy/j/C9D7688CF9/ Requirements Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience Master's degree in Transport/Logistics, Engineering or equivalent Experience in scheduling, logistics, or supply chain management Understanding of transportation and delivery processes in the petroleum industry Proficient in logistics and scheduling software (SAP knowledge is a plus) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment HSSEQ culture and competencies Benefits Market related Remuneration and Benefits.
