Lithic is a modern card issuing and payment processing platform powering some of the most innovative companies in fintech. We provide the infrastructure that enables businesses like Mercury, Novo, and AvidXChange to launch and scale card programs with unprecedented flexibility and control.
As a Senior Product Designer on the web team, you'll be the design lead for Lithic's primary user interface—a front end experience of Lithic’s APIs as a toolset that business customers and internal stakeholders can use to issue cards, monitor fraud, manage disputes, analyze performance, and operate payment programs end to end in real-time. You'll work at the intersection of complex financial operations and elegant user experience, turning intricate payment workflows into intuitive, powerful tools that users trust and rely on daily.
This is a strategic role. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to shape product direction, define user experiences, and establish design standards that scale across our growing platform. Your work will directly impact how businesses manage billions of dollars in payment volume on their card programs.
