In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience. Position Details: Schedule: Sunday through Friday full-time hours. Location: Float position supporting our clinics, at Graham, Bushwick, Ridgewood, Forest Hills and Jamaica. Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Preferred. Paid Training (2-4 weeks) Responsibilities: Greet patients and escort them to the examination rooms; assist patients with the completion of forms as necessary Schedule appointments and accommodate patient appointment needs, such as ordering transportation, rescheduling, etc. Comply with patient needs at all time and ensure all questions are answered Maintain procedure rooms by ensuring that they are neat and ready for use at all times Prepare patients before procedures and clean up after Ensure patient receipt of post-procedure instructions and how to obtain medication if needed Monitor supply levels and replace inventory Additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience as a receptionist, preferably in the medical or dental field Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Preferred.
