What does the position entail?
- Providing email based support to our users for the number one app in the Shopify app store
- Handling technical SEO issues for our users. (HTML/MetaTag/JSONLD) (SEO experience not necessary)
- Willing to help in any area of the product (Help documentation, etc)
The right candidate will have:
2+ years professional technical support experience
- Experience with HTML/CSS. (Liquid would be a plus!)
- Passion to communicate with our users as if you were on the other end of the screen.
- Ability to document, track and monitor a problem/issue to a timely resolution
- Ability to work productively with little supervision
- Experience using a ticketing system such as HelpScout, Zendesk, Intercom etc.
Nice to have, but not required:
- SEO experience (JSONLD, meta tags)
- Liquid programming skills
- Experience with the Shopify platform
