INTRODUCTION & WHY THIS POSITION ROCKS
Hi Guys! We're looking for someone with excellent sales and communication ability that also has SOME experience with web design (or at least a good eye) to jump into what will primarily be a sales position with our company.
The reason we're ideally looking for someone w/ design experience is because we're looking for someone that understands design (we sell real estate websites) and can better relate to our sales prospects / potential clients.
is a WordPress based real estate web design company. We sell fully-featured real estate websites to agents, teams and small brokers across the USA and Canada.
Our primary product is called a 'Spark Site' - and our core value proposition is that our websites help our real estate clients to showcase what makes them special, demonstrate hyperlocal expertise, and offer loads of value to potential clients so that they can multiply the number of deals that they're closing.
Our product is extremely easy to sell given that it is legitimately the best in the industry, we have better (and more) Facebook & Google 5-star reviews than any of our competitors... AND we offer a Free Trial where 90% of people that enter their credit card #'s end up becoming our clients.

WORK HOURS & LOCATION INFO
Generally speaking, we are looking for someone that can work roughly 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) between Eastern Standard and Pacific Standard time zones (since most of our clients are in the US and Canada.
There will be anywhere from 40-50 hrs per week of work (so lots of opportunity for additional income) - also lots of opportunity for career advancement - we have gone from 4 to 30+ full-time employees over the last year alone.
Also, we have a great work environment (group chat via Slack) and have lots of fun here. Seriously, every one of our employees loves working with us.
AgentFire is 100% online and we have employees all around the world.
We are particularly interested in hiring someone from the USA, Canada, Eastern Europe, UK or Ireland, although what it comes down to is being a killer salesperson with fluent english (accents are perfectly fine).
What should you expect to earn?
Base rate should represent only a fraction of what is earned from the commission for a good communicator/salesperson - we receive TONS of interested inquiries every day and we now have a free trial available on our Spark Sites package which means that you should be signing up almost EVERY person you speak to (the free trial setup process takes just a few minutes, and the % of those that convert to paying customers is over 90%).
The commission on a Spark Site by itself is decent given the volume of Spark Sites that you'll be selling on a weekly basis, and the real opportunity is in:
- Upselling those clients to Custom websites (which start at $2000 and will net you a 5% commission) on each sale (a good salesperson will sell 2-3 of these per week)
- Upselling those clients on our extremely attractive power up options which are easy to sell and will net you an extra 10% commission on each sale of a powerup item.
A top-level salesperson can easily expect to earn *double* what their base pay is in commissions (and much higher for exceptional salespeople).
Probationary Period (1 month - will discuss)
Post Probation Period: $10-$20/hr USD depending on experience

HOW YOU'LL BE INTERACTING W/ PROSPECTS
Online Demo's (via Screenshare)
Demo's are 1 on 1 conversations with interested parties and our current close rate is ABOVE 50% (these are not sales calls, you'll be speaking to very interested parties and your objective during the demo is to evaluate the prospective client's needs and how we can accommodate into an AgentFire website
Intercom / Facebook / Live Chat
We also frequently get sales inquiries that come in through our website, our Facebook, our Instagram, etc - you can chip in here as well and any sales that you generate will follow the same commission structure.
Phone Calls / Cold Calls
We will ask that you allocate some time each day (more time during slower lead weeks), to call older leads that have come in, or to call lists of potential clients that we have aggregated. If you have fear of picking up the phone to call someone, this position is not for you!
