We're seeking an experienced, versatile Graphic Designer to join our team at TutorMe. Reporting to the Growth Manager, you will work cross-functionally with B2B and B2C stakeholders, helping to achieve business goals and build a scalable visual identity for TutorMe from the ground up.
- Concept, develop and build a wide variety of creative assets and marketing collateral (print, web, CRM, social, slide decks, etc.) to support achieving external and internal business objectives
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Growth and Product teams to deliver exciting visuals based on direction and feedback from business stakeholders
- Be a founding voice in defining TutorMe's visual identity and presence going forward, with the aim of creating a brand which speaks collectively to all our end-user audiences (i.e. students, parents, clients and tutors)
- Perform quality control on all design, ensuring that creative assets across all of our various channels and touchpoints aligns with our brand guidelines
- Switch easily between creative thought and production execution depending on the current business requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative experience in agency, studio, or in-house (early-stage technology company preferred)
- BA in Graphic Design, Art or similar degree/qualification
- A strong portfolio of design, showing an excellent sense of typography, layout, web, and digital design principles
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) with proven ability to be tool-agnostic where necessary
- An eagle-eyed attention-to-detail when it comes to crafting designs
- Experience with leading creative projects from conception to execution across multiple business verticals and end-users
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Loves working in a fast-paced, interactive environment
